A: Please ensure you are in a well-lit environment. ShineAlbum uses your front camera to detect hand landmarks. Keep your hand within the camera's view (check the preview window) and maintain a clear distance (about 30-50cm).
Q: I purchased the Premium Pack, but it's still locked.
A: Please go to the purchase page and tap the "Restore Purchase" button at the bottom. This will validate your transaction with the App Store and unlock your content immediately for free.
Q: Why does the app need Camera and Photo access?
A: Camera access is strictly for real-time hand gesture recognition; no video is recorded or uploaded. Photo access is required to let you choose photos to generate the 3D particle effects.
Q: Why are there black bars on the top/bottom?
A: ShineAlbum is designed for full-screen immersive experiences. If you see black bars, please check if you have updated to the latest version of the app.
